How much does a personal trainer cost?

Training can vary in price depending on whether you're in person or not and whether you're training privately or not. Expect a monthly minimum of $400.

How often should I train?

For our newer athletes we recommend 2-3 times per week. If you're acclimated to lifting, 4-6 times per week is more appropriate. better results come with more frequent training.

Do you work with beginners?

We welcome and encourage all fitness levels to train with us. We'll meet you exactly where you're at.

How does training work?

All of our training is tracked and monitored via an app that goes on your phone. We use that app to track and monitor progress in your training.
