How often should I train?

As often as your schedule will realistically accommodate. Most members train 3-5 times per week. The program is built around whatever your schedule will allow and goes from there.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. The program starts where you are and builds from there. I'll adjust every variable to your starting point. You don't need experience to start. You just need to show up.

What's the difference between in-person training and online?

My in-person training includes coached sessions with me every time you train. Online training is the same programming and nutrition system delivered through my app on your own schedule. If you're in Dallas and want the coached experience, in-person training is for you.

Why $650 a month and what makes this different from every other trainer in Dallas??

This system was built by a dad, for dads. It's easy for someone to underplay how complicated fatherhood actually is. I don't have that problem. I'm living it right now.

I know what it looks like when the schedule falls apart. I know what it costs to carve out time for yourself when everyone else needs something from you. And I know how to build a system that works around that because I've had to build one for myself.

I have a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Unlimited sessions at $650 a month is unbeatable against what a single session costs with most trainers in Dallas.
