Being a dad challenges me to be better for my family every day. My fitness is central to my life, and my old approach stopped working. Figuring out a system for myself made me quickly realize nobody does anything that works for dads.
Training built for dads who want to show up, but don't have the energy or time to figure out how to be consistent in the gym.
I created a system for training that only asks you to do one thing: SHow up.

How we got here
Training was fun before my daughter Noel. There was time for it. My fitness is proof that I am what I say I am. The character traits successful training requires make you a good father and partner.
When she was born, everything changed. Free time to train was a luxury. I was figuring out how to be a father and supportive of my wife postpartum. There was no sleep, and things at home were chaos. My training and the ideals it represented slowly disappeared.
I want to be the kind of dad my daughter take pride in. Someone she sees and says, "That's my dad". Fatherhood doesn't mean letting yourself go. It does mean problem solving to figure out how to make it work. So I created a system that allows me to be the best father I can be and still train 6-7 days a week consistently while also running my coaching business and nurturing my relationship with my wife.
Making time to train now means planning ahead. Sitting down with my wife on a Sunday to find time for both of us to train during the week. Meal prepping on Sundays because there's no time in the week. Sometimes making time to train means loading Noel up and taking her to the gym with me simply because that's what it takes.
My day is tight, and the hours are accounted for. I train clients in the morning before my wife leaves for work. I relieve her from baby duty and take care of Noel during the day. When she gets home, I'm back to train more clients. When there's an hour to train myself, I have to take it or else it won't happen. Planning ahead works, and there is enough time. I'm the living proof.
my credentials
My training is more than workouts. It accounts for the everything that decides whether you make progress or not. As a dad, every decision you have to make is one more thing for you to say no to when life gets busy. I make the decisions for you, and you show up.
certification
The CSCS is the gold standard for strength and conditioning. I've spent years studying what actually produces growth for people.
degree
My training is built on an understanding of the body and scientific principles that go layers deep. I account for all of the moving parts, package it, and make it simple for you to execute on.
experience
Before I was ever a dad, I was a coach. I've been perfecting this craft for years and am still growing every day. Fatherhood is another great lens for me to grow through with coaching.
my approach
Everything works together. Training, nutrition, recovery, and your lifestyle habits all determine together how successful you are. I'll conduct. You collect the outcome.
Why dads?
New dads are forgotten about because mom just had the baby. Moms deserve the spotlight. But that doesn't mean dads deserve no support. Becoming a father is a lonely rite of passage. Your relationship with your partner changes, your home changes, how much time you have for yourself changes, your relatability to people who don't have kids goes way down. All at once. It's a lot. And its overwhelming.
Coaching is my passion but fitness for me is also my outlet. I see a lot of dads with a lot on their shoulders and no way to sort through it. I want to serve fathers in caring for themselves and learning to grow as fathers through fitness so that they may better serve their own families.
People think taking care of yourself after having a kid is selfish. I think showing your family how little you respect yourself is. Wilson Wellness Solutions is and will be a community of fathers who feel heard, supported, and held to a standard. Who keep getting better together. Who lead by example in the gym and at home.
If that's the version of fatherhood you're after, you're in the right place.
