Where are you located?
We have a physical gym location near Baylor Medical Center in Old East Dallas. We're a 10 minute drive from Uptown and Downtown, Dallas. Our gym is a 24 hour private facility. Too far or too busy to come to the gym?
Is training expensive?
We understand that money is definitely a consideration when hiring professionals. Luckily, we have affordable personal training options that fit every budget.
What hours are available to train?
All of our clients have access to a calendar with their coach's schedule to schedule whenever the client has available.
Do I have to be in shape?
