I'm Trevor Wilson, founder of Wilson Wellness Solutions. I help adults stop guessing in the gym and start progressing in the gym.
My coaching philosophy is built on three things: Structured, intentional strength training, sustainable nutrition habits, and long-term consistency backed by accountability.
It's my life's mission to bring people the ability to grow through better health fitness. It changed my life for the better in every way possible. It will do the same for you.
When you show up consistently with me, you cannot fail.
Training can vary in price depending on whether you're in person or not and whether you're training privately or not. Expect a monthly minimum of $400.
For our newer athletes we recommend 2-3 times per week. If you're acclimated to lifting, 4-6 times per week is more appropriate. better results come with more frequent training.
We welcome and encourage all fitness levels to train with us. We'll meet you exactly where you're at.
All of our training is tracked and monitored via an app that goes on your phone. We use that app to track and monitor progress in your training. Doing all of your training sessions in person? Great, your coach will ensure your progress for you. Training virtually? you'll have all of of the same benefits as in person thanks to our app.
